     10 months ago I wish I could give Mercedes Arenado-Melian 10 Stars. She definitely deserves it!! She went way above and beyond helping us on the sale of our condo. We live out of state, so she did EVERYTHING from scheduling the needed repairs, to showing up to let the repairmen in, to cleaning the condo (we had renters in it), to staging it with additional furniture, to packing boxes of our personal items, to supervising the movers!! We can't even begin to thank her for all the extra things she did. If you are looking for THE BEST realtor...Call Mercedes!!

We were a bit picky when it came to what times we could show our house as we work from home and have a baby, but she was respectful of our wishes and worked within our schedule to sell our house quickly. This was my first home buying experience. I randomly selected Mercedes off of the internet and I am so glad I did!! She is nothing short of amazing and kind. Mercedes is super communicative and helpful. I was unable to attend the inspection and without hesitation she stepped in for me and went. Mercedes had her husband come along for the final walkthrough to help ensure all of the repairs needed were fixed and he even fixed one of the issues himself for me!! Buying your first home is a memorable experience and Mercedes made it that much more special.
